2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of order confirmation and are estimates. Actual delivery may vary based on location, courier partner, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India.
For orders below this amount, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order status from your account dashboard on our Website.
6. Customs & Duties (International)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.
7. Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@rahi.com. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Address Changes
