How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select the pieces you love, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can place an order as a guest or create an account for a faster experience.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it hasn't been dispatched. Contact us at [support email] with your order number and request.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard domestic delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at an additional charge. International delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply as per your country's regulations.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India. A flat ₹99 shipping charge applies to orders below this amount.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Custom-made and engraved items are not eligible for return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
Product Care
How do I care for my antique jewellery?
Store your jewellery in a dry, airtight container away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, chemicals, and water. Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. For detailed care instructions, refer to our Jewellery Care Guide.
Are your products hallmarked?
All gold jewellery above a certain purity is BIS hallmarked as per government regulations. Product descriptions specify purity and hallmark details for each piece.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and EMI options — all processed securely through Razorpay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, to process all transactions. We do not store your card or banking information on our servers.
