1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, certificates, and tags must be intact.
- Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
3. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made and engraved jewellery
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 48 hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and certificates.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

7. Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@rahi.com or by calling [Customer Support Phone]. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per the terms above.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment verification failure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
8. Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rahi.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
